Here's the frequently asked questions regarding us and our online store. We'll update it from time to time, so check it out once in a while.

Q: Do you have a physical store somewhere?
A: No we don't. We only have an online store: . Sometimes we will open booth during comic related events and if we do, we will announce it on our social media page.

Q: How do I place an order at your website?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payment through bank transfer (online banking and ATM), paypal, and credit/debit card
     Bank trasfer: Click on bank deposit option. You'll receive the payment info on the next page
     Paypal: Click on the paypal option. You need a paypal account for this
     Credit/debit card: Click on the paypal option. Then on the next page, click on credit/debit card
                                     option. You do not need a paypal account for this option

Q: Is there any free delivery service?
A: Yes we do provide free delivery for order RM100 and above in a single order. The option for free delivery will appear if you have item worth RM100 or more during checkout.

Q: How long does it take for the delivery?
A: It will take about 1-3 days if we have the item in stock. Unfortunately, sometimes we ran out of stock and it may take longer depending on the item.

Q: Some of the items are out of stock. When will it be available again?
A: As we mainly get our products from Japan, it may take up to 4 weeks for the item to be restock again.

Q: Do you have  (insert product name)  at your store?
A: If you do not see it on our online store, most probably we don't have it. But let us know if you have a product that you are looking for and we may consider to find it and bring it to our store

Q: Help! I don't know how to use this product that I purchased from your store.
